Against the backdrop of a new round of global technological and industrial revolution, countries around the world are paying closer attention to technological innovation, with new progress in science and technology, growing competition and closer cooperation among different countries. In this context, on July 6, 2020, Dr. Shao Genhuo, President of Da Bei Nong Group (DBN), announced the establishment of the Global Innovation Center, which is committed to innovations in agro-science. The Center, based in Zhongguancun, is aimed at developing a global platform for win-win cooperation, pool the talents in agro-science innovation, and promote the exchanges in the resources of this field globally. Based on the principles of openness, fairness, justice, mutually beneficial cooperation, innovation and inclusiveness, the Center carries out international technological cooperation in agriculture in an all-round way, strengthens international technical exchanges, promotes technology transfer and the commercialization of technological achievements, and jointly cultivates technological personnel and strengthens their exchanges.
